• 24+ hours notice: No fee for cancellation/rescheduling • Less than 24 hours notice OR NO-shows: 50% fee charged of full service booked For appointments with deposits: • Deposits are non-refundable • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Deposit transferable within 30 days • Late cancellations/no-shows: Deposit forfeited
