CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposit: •All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. THIS DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL BALANCE Late Arrival Policy: •We offer a 10 minute grace period. Arriving 10+ minutes late will result in a $15 LATE FEE added to your service. Please plan accordingly. Cancellation Policy: •Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS No-Show Policy: •Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit Rescheduling Policy: •Need to reschedule? Please provide 48 hours notice and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date. Deposits are transferable within 30 days only.
